Each unit also contains:

1. Lounge leading out onto a wooden deck - walk out onto a picturesque grassed area with mature pohutukawa trees with steps leading directly onto beautiful white sandy Whangaumu Bay, safe for swimming and great for walking, playing and relaxing

Booking Policies:

Check in time 2pm (earlier check in time is possible on prior agreement with the Managers only)
Check out time 10am (later check out time of 12pm is possible on prior agreement with the Managers only)
Credit card details are required at time of booking
No Pets allowed at all please
Cancellation:  As a six unit property, cancellations do heavily impact on us and if we are not able to replace cancelled bookings at short notice, we do have to charge cancellation fees.  For cancellation 30 days or fewer prior to your stay a cancellation fee of 25% for each unit night booked is charged.  For cancellation 7 days or fewer prior to, or during your stay, a cancellation fee of 100% of each unit night booked is charged.
